In Their Words …
" Keeper of political scorecards on environmental votes, this small but feisty group actually endorses candidates who might be good for green causes. Its small staff proves that you don't need a huge budget to make a difference. Still, more money couldn't hurt. "

Chesapeake Life Magazine

About Us

Spurred by a perceived lack of action by elected officials to manage growth or to reduce the damaging impact of polluted runoff from existing and new development in the county, an all-volunteer effort has been launched.

The Anne Arundel County Chapter is organized by nine Anne Arundel residents from different areas of the county -- Republicans, Democrats and Independents.

We have backgrounds in business -- large and small, law, government, politics, the non-profit world, and academia. We share a commitment to conservation and to making county government more responsive to the voters.
