In Their Words …
" Keeper of political scorecards on environmental votes, this small but feisty group actually endorses candidates who might be good for green causes. Its small staff proves that you don't need a huge budget to make a difference. Still, more money couldn't hurt. "

Scorecards

Since 1979, the Maryland League of Conservation Voters has been keeping score for the environment through our General Assembly Scorecards and report cards on the actions of the Governor and Administration.

Every year, Maryland LCV works to hold elected officials accountable for their actions and decisions by publishing a scorecard highlighting legislators’ voting records on issues that impact the environment. We also publish 100 days reports and report cards on the Administration. These scorecards help provide voters with a clear record of who supports the environment, and who doesn’t.
